Based on Campaign 1
You have heard of “Sitting on Shoulders of Giants”. Only this time the community is building the Giant ourselves. Growing it with each consecutive campaign. Campaign 1 V²Site Launch creates all the tools that makes working together as a community more focused and more efficient. In Campaign 2 we are already using these tools to full extend thus greatly increasing our speed by benefitting of automation. The new management tools also allow to add more contributors. We welcome the V²Shop-Midwest team: Karen, Tom and Bobby!
Target of Campaign 2
Community Promotion Campaign: V²Case has been developed with the Community. This is our opportunity to give back with Community discounts on ViCase and ViPC Trailblazer Products. Check out the innovative ViCase and ViPC products in the V²Shop. Help us promote the V² Shop by telling your friends to help us reach our stretch goal and you will earn free bonus products. The final goal of this campaign is to reach enough awareness to launch the Press & Shop Campaign 3.
Preparing for Campaign 3
The Press and Shop campaign is about gaining momentum of the V²Movement by the Press writing about V² Modular PC and regular Shops to carry V² Trailblazer Products ViCase and ViPC. But before they will get engaged we need to create enough visibility and grow our community large enough to be worth their while.

c2.Makers.Create | Benefits of using missing standards. Road Map of V² for Makers. |
c2.DIY.Create | Two categories of How-to Articles on custom building your own DIY Mini PC or All-In-One Computer: 1) Generic DIY Custom Build PC Know How 2) Ready Made and tested Custom Build PC Configurations, optimized for different use cases. |
c2.Retail.Create | Articles on benefits for Retailers on V² Modular PC, ViCase and ViPC. Price List with ViCase and Ratailer discounts |
c2.Spreading.Create | Launch of the Board that describes how to spread the word and products. One Campaign Article for each social media to creates its kickoff or reboot. |
c2.App.Create | Launch App Board. Create platform for V²App.Configurator & V²App.FormFactor |
c2.Organization.Create | This V²Site Board tells who we are, what are our bylaws and our license agreements and how to contribute. All that is needed to attract contributors will be finished. |

c2.ViCase.Mini.Ship | Resolve all issues needed to ship ViCase: Packaging, Shipping Cost, cost of selling one ViCase in the shop, etc … |
c2.ViCase.Mini.R2 | Production Run 2. 100 pcs. Same design as ViCase Mini R1, but including bug fixes. |
c2.ViSite.Create | Launch of Village Tronic Web Site. All pages and functions complete to support selling ViCase via V²Shop and ViCase Promotion and to provide support for customer. |
c2.v2-Shop.Create | All things need to be done to launch the V²Shop. V²Shop caters to Customers in the Americas. |
c2.DIY.QA.ViPC | Testing Quality of all parts used in ViCase. Stage 1 is separate testing of parts. Stage 2 is testing complete ViPC configurations. Stage 3 is testing the complete assembled ViPC in ViCase. |
c2.ViShop.Create | All things need to be done to launch the ViShop. ViShop caters Customers in the Asian and European Regions. We will remain looking for a V²Shop partner for Europe. |
c2.App.Configurator | Adopt the Configurator to work in tandem with V²PC.Configs. Remove Wizard. Instead simply choose a V²PC configuration from a list. Update all data according to V²PC shopping References. |
c2.App.FormFactor | Remove the Form Factor App from the Configurator and make it work stand alone, so it can be used within product pages to demo how to turn ViCase Mini into an All-In-One PC. |
c2.Accounting | Set up the Interface between the Shop and the Accounting App. |

c2.Home-Page.Create | The V² Home Page is extremely complex and has its own Milestone. It is the most important fishing net for us with lots of advanced features. |
c2.v2-Intro-Video | Re-edit of ViCase Campaign Movie with updated story flow to new situation. We are using all existing footage. Where needed we make subtitles or show new images when new design is different. |
c2.v2-Site-Launch | Launch of V² Site. Home Page is completely finished. All boards needed to a) attract contributors and b) to utilize contributions are completed. Plan and Org Boardss are fully completed. |
c2.Visuals-Home | This page has about 50 custom visuals. This Milestone creates an Issue for every Image Group with instructions on creating and editing. |
c2.ViCase.Promotion | Create a campaign page in the same format as a crowd funding project. ViCase Promotion is having all crowd funding benefits without their risks |
c2.Referral.Create | Starting Referral Marketing: Pick the right plugin, choose the right campaign. Set up the campaign and promote its availability to the community. Work with community so to reach the viral marketing effect. |
c2.Previews.ViCase | Find reviewers who are interested in being the first to show new innovative products and / or who care that V² is providing the missing standard for Mini and All-In-One PCs. Schedule visits and demo the Golden Sample. |
c2.Reviews.ViCase | All things that need to be done to get ViCase in front of reviewers and to support the reviewer until the review is out. |
c2.Social.Create | Promote Blog Posts and Referral Marketing on Social Media. Get readers engaged to the point to reach a viral marketing effect. |
c2.Blog.Create | Get Blog Software going. Start posting blogs and re-post on Social Media. Get readers involved to get feedback and to get them spreading the posts. Listen and follow their ideas on how to become more valuable to them. |
